Now, something that we see a lot of here in North Idaho are folks that have been living out in the city for a really long time, and they finally have hit their breaking point. Earlier this month, the Bank of Canada cut the overnight rate for the first time in four years. Now, this is very unsurprising to a lot of people but a week before that rate cut, I think there was like a 50/50 chance, as we got closer it was looking more like a 75% chance, but they did it. Tiff and the Gang decided it's time to start moving down and I kind of looked at this rate cut as a signal more than anything else to potential buyers and sellers in the market.
