What happens when a contact unsubscribes from AI Mode emails?

If a contact unsubscribes from an AI Mode email, AI Mode will unsubscribe that contact automatically.

If you want to propagate that unsubscribe to your CRM, and you're not using FUB, you'll have to go into your CRM and do it manually.

If a contact unsubscribes from another tool (e.g. campaign sent from Lofty), you'll need to come into Settings in your ListingLeads.com account and delete or update that contact. Alternatively, you could re-export the CSV and upload it, it’ll update the status as required in our system.
