It’s a simple three-step process. Here’s how to get everything synced and ready to use:
Step 1: Complete the Onboarding Process
Before connecting to Follow Up Boss, you’ll need to complete your ListingLeads.com onboarding.
- Go to the onboarding page: Build Your Brand
- Upload your Brand Kit – including your logo, brand colors, and typography
- Enter your agent info to personalize your marketing materials
- Select Follow Up Boss as your CRM when prompted
- Click “Finish Setup” to proceed
Note: Uploading your Brand Kit now won’t instantly personalize direct mail templates, but it’s a key step for future AI-powered personalization features coming soon.
Step 2: Complete the CRM Connection
Once onboarding is complete and you’ve selected Follow Up Boss, the integration will begin syncing.
- Give it a few minutes to process
- Once it’s connected, your ListingLeads.com templates will be available inside Follow Up Boss
Step 3: Access ListingLeads.com Templates in Follow Up Boss
- Log in to your Follow Up Boss account
- Create a new email
- Click on “Templates” in the email editor
- Scroll to “Folders” and open My Email Templates
- Select the template you want and customize it as needed
That’s it—your ListingLeads.com campaigns are now fully integrated and ready to send from Follow Up Boss.
