How can I resolve issues with saving my company logo and colors during setup?

If your brand assets aren’t pulling in automatically, no worries—you can add them manually.

Here’s what to check:

✅ Brand Colors
‍

Make sure you're entering 6-character hex codes for each color field (no shortcuts or 3-digit versions).
All three fields—Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary—need to be filled.

Example:

• Primary: #333333
  
  
• Secondary: #FFFFFF
  
  
• Tertiary: #C0C0C0

You’ll also need to upload both the dark and light versions of your logo.
