Can I customize the subject line for emails in an action plan?

Yes. On the Review and Activate step of your action plan, you’ll see the note: “Better Email will even write your subject line for you. However, you can override it by clicking here.” Simply enter your own subject line in the text box, and we’ll use it for all future emails in that plan.
