This is a tactic we like to call The Matchmaker Strategy.

Here's how it works:

1. After you sell a property, call your buyer leads using the first script.

2. Then, after you call your buyer leads, call homeowners in the area using the next script.

It's that simple.

How to Execute

Step 1

Copy the message content and send it via SMS or DM

I'm going to be calling around the neighborhood to see if anyone is interested in putting their house on the market.

Step 2

Sending Your Message via Mass SMS or DM Tool

  1. Log In to Your Mass Messaging Tool: Open your mass SMS or DM platform and log in to your account. (or simply use your phone)
  2. Select or Upload Recipients: Choose your audience (contacts/followers) or selecting recipients within the tool.
  3. Compose the Message: Paste the copied message content into the message field.
  4. Review and Send: Double-check the message for accuracy, then hit "Send" to distribute to all selected recipients.
