Southern Oregon is the best place to retire in Oregon, and probably the best place to retire on the entire West Coast. And I know that's a big claim, and that's probably going to offend a bunch of the snowbirds down in Arizona, that're going to get super offended, but they're wrong and I'm going to tell you exactly why that is.
