Limited, non-exclusive license granted for personal use only. No ownership transfer occurs. Tools cannot be displayed, performed upon, or used competitively.

7.3 Trademark

Listing Leads name, logo, and marks require prior written permission for use.

8. Reliance on Information

Information is provided for general purposes only. The company disclaims liability for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Reliance on information is at user risk.

9. Interactions With Third Parties

The company does not maintain third-party content, imply endorsement, or assume responsibility for external sites, advertisements, or offerings.

Parties must attempt informal resolution via support@listingleads.com first. Unresolved disputes proceed to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association under Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Dallas County, Texas.

Important: ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES' INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Users waive jury trial and class action rights.

16. Waiver and Severability

Non-enforcement doesn't constitute waiver. Invalid provisions are eliminated to minimum extent while maintaining remaining terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These terms and Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement regarding services.
