HB2001 allows what was once only allowed to be single family zoning to allow different types of structures to be created. This includes another single family home, a duplex/triplex/multiplex, adu/dadu, cottage clusters, and condo conversions. The future of Portland will be high density homes without guaranteed parking.
Soon I will take you through both of these homes and show you the impact this has on the city. The smaller house is technically a condo but is only $375,000. That’s cheaper than a bad fixer is.
