The new Larkspur library is scheduled to replace the existing library at City Hall. The new site is a currently vacant lot at Rose Lane & Doherty Drive, across the street from retail and the housing development off Rose. Larkspur’s City Council approved the new plans in October and construction is slated to start early 2025, with completion hopefully by early 2026.
