Have you heard of this house?

I was looking to get out of town on Saturday and found myself at @historicgunstonhall, an 18th-century home with beautiful grounds and a foliage-framed view of the Potomac River 🍂

The Georgian house is quite small and the guided tour lasts about 45 minutes – I was pleasantly surprised by all of the color and trimwork inside, it was just delightful. I recommend taking a book for a rest on one of the benches facing the river after the tour, once you’ve heard a bit more of the story on the home.
